Who is responsible for this website
Fettler publishes this website and is responsible for it. We are an AI-services studio. We build custom agents, skills, automations and integrations for other businesses, and we run and monitor them inside those clients' own systems.
Our registered company name, registration details and registered address are being confirmed and will be stated here before this notice is published.
Information received through this website
This website has no forms, no accounts, no login and no on-site search. It sets no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies, and it loads no third party tracking script. Three things nonetheless reach us or our providers.

What you send us by email
The email links on this site open a message in your own mail application. If you send it, we receive your message, your email address and whatever else you chose to write. Nothing is collected before you press send.

Hosting records
Like any website, requests to these pages are recorded by the host. Such records ordinarily include the requesting network address, the time, the page requested and the browser identification your device sends. They are operational server records rather than a profile of you, and we do not use them to identify individuals.

Web font requests
Our two typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so opening a page causes your browser to request font files from Google's servers. That request carries your network address to Google and is handled under Google's own terms. Serving the fonts from our own host would remove this request, and it is on our list to do.
How information is used
We use what you send us to reply to you and to have the conversation you started. That is all. We do not add your address to a mailing list, we do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for advertising.
We do not use anything you send through this website to train a model. If a conversation becomes an engagement, the data involved is governed by the separate arrangement described further down this page.
Service providers and international processing
Two providers sit behind this website: the company that hosts these files and the company that carries our email. Both are being confirmed and will be named here, with their role and the country in which they hold the data, before this notice is published. Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts, as described above.
We pass nothing you send us to any other party for that party's own purposes. Where a provider stores or processes information in a different country, this section will say so and say which provider.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the conversation is useful and any resulting engagement requires. The specific retention period for enquiry email, and the period for which our host keeps request records, are being confirmed and will be stated here.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and a person will action it. We will not ask you to justify the request.
Client engagement data
Client work is governed by a separate written agreement and is not covered by this website notice. The information an agent reads in an engagement belongs to that client, not to us.

Never pooled, never used to train a model
One client's data is not mixed with another's, and no client's data is used to train a model.

Written authorisation, client credentials
We enter a client system only with that client's written authorisation, using credentials the client issues and can revoke, with the least access the workflow needs.

The client's own environment
Work runs in the client's cloud account, network or hardware, unless their agreement says otherwise, and it stays inside that boundary.

A named approver, and a record
Every irreversible action waits for an approver the client names, and the record of what was read, which rule applied, what was produced and who released it belongs to the client. How that is split between their team and ours is set out under responsibilities.
